This Junmai Daiginjō is brewed with the Yuki Megami (“Snow Queen”) rice variety. The taste is very delicate and refined with a mild sweetness and perfectly balanced acidity, as well as a refreshing aftertaste. There are floral aromas with an elegant fruitiness reminiscent of green apple and white peach.
